Indra buys tissue culture in volume from vetted domestic and overseas labs for our own benches, then sells surplus and pre-order runs to US nurseries, resellers, and serious growers. Limited domestic stock ships from here. Larger custom lists go on the next incoming lab run — typically 1–2 weeks.
If the line is on a US shelf here, wholesale orders move the same or next ship day once they are packed (Monday–Wednesday, UPS 2-Day preferred). If it is not in domestic stock, it waits for the next shipment. Every bag is inspected before it leaves for visible contamination. We do not box a cloudy flask and call it a sale.
