3. E-Commerce, Live Plant Shipping, & Weather Disclaimer
Because we deal with living, breathing biological beauties, e-commerce looks a little different around here compared to buying a t-shirt.

Live Plant Policy: We take great pride in packing your plants securely to survive their journey. However, shipping transit can be stressful for plants. Minor leaf shedding, slight bruising, or cosmetic imperfections can happen during travel and do not mean the plant is unhealthy.

Weather Policy: Plants are sensitive to extreme cold and extreme heat. It is the buyer’s responsibility to monitor the weather in their specific region. We are not responsible for plants that suffer from heat stroke or freeze damage because they were left sitting on a scorching or icy porch.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We cannot refund or replace items that are delivered to the wrong address or delayed because of inaccurate shipping info.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
